Charlie was a great brother, who I will miss more than anyone. He graduated from NY Institute of Technology and was accomplished in his profession, respecting his work and affiliations. Charlie was devoted to his neighborhood and would never think of leaving it, his friends here meant a lot to him. His biggest achievement was being an excellent and beloved brother. I'll never be the same without him.
