Pop, As many have shared with me these past few days, you lived a long, full, joyful, and mostly healthy life, and I am so glad you were able to continue to enjoy it and to give joy to all of your family and many friends in recent years. You and Mom were wonderful parents to your four sons throughout your lives, and you set a high standard for us to aspire to as parents and husbands. I am relieved that you were able to find a quiet painfree sleep in your final days, and hope you and Mom were able to see the love and caring from all your family and friends who gathered for you, in person and in spirit, these past few days. I will miss you both dearly in my own remaining years.
