Ebe - Constantine, age 91, passed away on February 20, 2009. Born in Boston, Mass., on October 2, 1917, a devoted husband to (the late) Vassiliki for 62 years, loving brother to Valentine, 95, and (the late) John, survived by four sons; Tommy, Walter, Nicholas, and Michael; eight grandchildren; Dawn, Jason, Christopher, Evan, Stephanie, Julie, Lisa, and Kellie; and four great-grandchildren; Diana, Ander, Joshua, Sarah. Constantine (Gus) was raised in Greece where he married Vassiliki. He immigrated to NYC, raised his family in Astoria, Queens, where he worked for the local Greek Orthodox Church for 30 years, retired with his wife to Florida, and eventually moved to Northport, Long Island in 1998. Reposing at Nolan & Taylor-Howe Funeral Home, 5 Laurel Ave, Northport, February 22, 2009, from 2-5 and 7-9pm. Funeral service Monday, February 23, 2009 at 10am at St. Paraskevi G.O. Church, 1 Shrine Place, Greenlawn. Interment Washington Memorial Park Cemetery.
